Fish Outta Water

This week's Cricut Cardz Challenge was to create a card using either brads or eyelets along with any cartridge of our choosing.  I chose to use brads, Create A Critter and George.

Using Create A Critter I cut the fishbowl at 3" and using George I created a window in a second fishbowl.  I then cut the window out twice in chipboard and once for the top of the layer.  This then allowed for the dimension I needed to place my fish brads "inside" the bowl.

As you can see one of my fish decided to escape and jump out of the bowl.  Perfect for my inside sentiment which reads:

I'm like a fish out of water without you.

Just darling! I love the papers you used to show the gravel in the bottom of the bowl and the water up top. The fish brads are so cute and the way you have the one trailing out of the bowl to go with your inside sentiment is such a great idea.

Hi Barbara!
Your card is so cute!

It made me laugh because my niece had a fish that did that once. :( I may have to scrap lift your card and make her one. :)

Hope you are having a great week!

Ruthie :)
